The pro-peptide sequence (RHFWQQDEPPQSPWDR...) generates an expected tryptic peptide at m/z = 2109.9 ([M+H]+). Mature ApoA1 sequence generates a predicted N-terminal tryptic peptide (DEPPQSPWDR...) of m/z = 1226.5 ([M+H]+). AIM = Apoptosis inhibitor expressed by Macrophages (alternate name for CD5L).
