  1. The expression of leptin and ObR was assessed by IHC, as described in Materials and Methods. The percentage (%) and actual number (N) of tumors expressing combinations of leptin and ObR is given for all tumors as well as in HER2-positive and -negative subgroups. Associations between leptin and ObR in were evaluated using Fisher's exact test for count data.
