mRNA transfection of DCs. Flow cytometric analysis of mature FastDCs and Standard DC after transfection with EGFP/pCIpA102 mRNA (10 μg/400 μl) by square-wave electroporation and maturation for 24 hours in medium with maturation cocktail. Control cells were incubated on ice with EGFP mRNA without electrophoresis, washed and incubated for 24 hrs. Conditions for electroporation were 500 volt and 1-ms when using a 4-mm-gap cuvette.
