Effect of psammaplin A on SV40 DNA replication in vitro. Replication reaction comprised SV40 origin-containing DNA (pUC-ori+), SV40 T-Ag, HeLa cytosolic extract (100 μg), [3H]dTTP, and the indicated amounts of psammaplin A. Reaction mixtures were incubated at 37°C for 2 hr, after which the acid-insoluble radioactivity were measured. Data are shown as means ± SD of three independent experiments.
