Effects of RUNX1-CBFA2T1 and RUNX1 suppression on extent of apoptosis in Kasumi-1 cellsKasumi-1 cells were electroporated at days 0 and 4, and were examined at day 8 by annexin V and propidium iodide staining followed by FACS analysis. One of two experiments yielding very similar results is shown. The percentage of cells is given for each quadrant of the plots.
