NQO1 levels and HSP90AA1 expression in OSCC cell lines and normal fibroblasts. (A) Protein lysates of OSCC cell lines and normal fibroblasts (DMB and FG0) were analysed by Western blot for endogenous levels of NQO1. Results are representative of 2 independent experiments. (B) Real time PCR was used to measure levels of HSP90AA1 mRNA relative to the housekeeping gene β actin, in a panel of OSCC cell lines and normal fibroblasts. Histogram shows pooled results of 2- 3 independent experiments, analysed by one-way ANOVA, with Dunnet’s post-test relative to WHCO1.
