Effect of zoledronic acid (ZA) on Ewing’s sarcoma cell invasion through Matrigel. Human A-673 ES cells were seeded and cultured for 24 hours in the presence of ZA. Then 4.104 cells were placed on the top of the Boyden’s chamber and left to invade the Matrigel 48 h without ZA. A.
