Kinetics profile of phospho-ERK1/2 and phospho-p38 MAPK proteins in MDA-MB-231 cell line treated with TGF-β1. Total protein lysates from the MDA-MB-231 cells treated with 10 ng/mL of TGF-β1 for different periods of time (0, 5 min, 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, 45 min, 1 h, 2 h and 3 h) were used to analyze the protein levels of total and phosphorylated forms of ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK by Western blotting. These results were analyzed and used to calculate the p-ERK1/2/total ERK1/2 and p-p38 MAPK/total p38 MAPK ratios during the kinetic of MDA-MB-231 treatment with TGF-β1. The results are presented in graphics as means ± standard errors from three independent experiments.
