MMP28 expression correlates with the invasive ability of gastric carcinoma cell lines. (A) PAMC82 sub-lines with low and high invasive abilities were established and tested using the transwell invasion assay. P1-P3 cells indicated increased invasive ability, with no difference observed between P2 and P3 cells.
