  1. LOD and LOQ were calculated using a nonlinear mixed effects model with log-linear variance function from the 17-point serial dilution series. LOD for all 12 genes was 40 CT, thus meeting the pre-specified acceptance criterion of ≥37 CT. The LOQ for all 12 genes was greater than 35 CT, also meeting the pre-specified acceptance criterion of ≥35 CT.
