Quantitative analysis of NORE1 mRNA levels in colorectal cancer cell lines and tissue specimens. Expression levels of NORE1A and NORE1B in colorectal tissues and cell lines (A). Quantitation was achieved by densitometric scanning of RT-PCR products in ethidium bromide-stained gels. Absolute area integrations of the curves representing each specimen were compared after adjustment for GAPDH.
