SEM, RS4;11 and Jurkat cells were exposed to the indicated concentrations of Sorafenib. The proliferation of SEM, RS4;11 and Jurkat are significantly inhibited, with most pronounced effects at 96 h. Apoptotic and necrotic cells were analyzed using Annexin V/PI staining followed by flow cytometry. Apoptosis and necrosis rates increased in B- and T-ALL cell lines following Sorafenib treatment.
