Overexpression of LATS2 stimulated cell growth. A, NP69 cells were transfected with pcDNA3-LATS2 or Vector. Cell lysates were generated at 48 h post-transfection, followed by immunoblot analysis to determine LATS2 expression, GAPDH was used as the loading control. B, Densitometry analysis revealed that NP69 cells transfected with pcDNA3-LATS2 showed a 2.66-fold increase in LATS2 protein expression compared to cells transfected with vector.
