Comparison of cells viability between PD-L1 stimulated and control Cells. Cell viability was measured by MTT test 72 h after PD-L1 stimulation when we had fined the most enzyme expression changes. Cell viability was more in PD-L1 stimulated compared with control cells in both HL-60 and THP-1 cells (Unpaired t test, value = 0.0001 in both)
