The changes in important enzymes in glucose and fatty acid metabolism after PD-L1 stimulation. A enzymes expression changes in HL-60 cells. The graph shows that the expression of CPTA1, G6PD and HK-2 are increasing while ACC1 expression is decreasing significantly due to PD-L1 stimulation. The maximum expression changes in all cases are seen 72 h after stimulation (P Value < 0.05). The ATGL1 didn’t change significantly. (N:3 independent repeats for each experiment).
