LL-2-CM promoted secretion of IL-6 and TNF-\(\mathrm{\alpha }\). Cytometric bead array was applied to measure the concentrations of IL-1 \(\upbeta\) A, IL-6 B, TNF-\(\mathrm{\alpha }\) C, and IL-10 E and ELISA was applied to measure the concentrations of IL-4 D in LL-2-CM, BMDM culture medium, and 50 \(\mathrm{\%}\) LL-2-CM incubated with BMDMs. P values were calculated by one-way ANOVA and Tukey test
