SPOP expression in the TMA was assessed by the Aperio image software, and the images were captured at 4X magnification. (A) In the TMA, SPOP was significantly expressed at low levels in the cytoplasm of ccRCC tissues and at high levels in adjacent normal tissues. (B)Similar results were observed in normal kidney tissues overexpressing the SPOP protein under a 4X field microscope.
