Baseline PET/MRI of a73-year-old male with Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma, stage IIAX, IPI 3 in progression at end of treatment scan. Metabolic tumor volume (MTV) was 375 cm3. The region of interest was a 16x11mm FDG avid target lesion in right pelvic/iliac region.
