Survival curves of 99 HPSCC patients with different expression of c-Jun and p-c-Jun OS (A, C) and PFS (B, D) according to the expression level of c-Jun and p-c-Jun, suggesting that OS in HPSCC patients with high c-Jun (n = 60 cases) or p-c-Jun expression (n = 16 cases) is significantly shorter than those with low c-Jun (n = 39 cases) or p-c-Jun (n = 83 cases) expression, but there was no significant difference in PFS.
