Validation of the candidate lncRNAs. A The candidate lncRNAs in hFOB, MG63, and SaOS2 cells were validated by RT-qPCR (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001; ****P < 0.0001). B Fluorescence in situ hybridization revealed a high level of lnc-SELPLG-2:1 expression in the tissues of osteosarcoma. And RT-qPCR results also indicated that the expression level of lnc-SELPLG-2:1 is higher in the tumorous tissues of osteosarcoma patients in phases IIA, IIB, and IVB
