OL inhibited the growth of SCCHN xenograft tumor. M2 cells were treated with PBS (control group) and 1200 µg/mL OL (OL group) for 24 h, then the cells were subcutaneously injected into the submaxillary area of 7-week-old male nude mice (n = 5 for each group).
