Overexpression of TTK induced TMZ resistance through autophagy in vivo. About 5 × 106 U251 cells stably transfected with PCMV (Ctr) or PCMV TTK (TTK) were subcutaneously injected into the nude mice. When the tumor volume reached about 100 mm3, the mice then received intraperitoneal injection of TMZ (50 mg/kg, every day) or/and CQ (30 mg/kg, every day) for 2 weeks.
