TTK inhibitors increased the efficiency of TMZ in GBM cells. A U251 and (B) U87 cells were treated with or without TMZ (10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500,1000 μM), BAY (U251, 10 nM; U87, 20 nM), and CFI (U251, 1 μM; U87, 2 μM) for 48 h.
