Effects of p-S6 inhibition on migration and invasion of NSCLC cell lines (A549 and SPC-A1). A549 and SPC-A1 cells were treated with 5 nmol/L RAD001 and were subjected to transwell assay to detect cell migration and invasion activity. A Results showed that migration of cell lines, A549 and SPC-A1, decreased following treatment with RAD001.
