MiR-107 inhibits NEDD9 expression in BC cells. Stably transfected lines overexpressing miR-107 or silencing miR-107 were constructed. MCF-7 (a) and MDA-MB-231 cells (b) were also transfected with an empty vector. The expression level of miR-107 in the stably transfected cell lines was detected by qPCR. Western blotting was performed to assess the overexpression and silencing of miR-107 in the stably transfected lines and the expression of NEDD9 in empty vector-transfected MCF-7 (c) and MDA-MB-231 cells (d). n = 6; ***P < 0.001, **P < 0.01, *P < 0.05
