LINC00022 promoted proliferation in CRC cells. After HCT116, DLD1, and CaCo-2 cells were infected with LINC00022 low expression lentivirus or high expression lentivirus, relative mRNA expression levels of LINC00022 in CRC cells were detected by qRT-PCR (a); The viability of HCT116, DLD1, and CaCo-2 cells were measured using CCK-8 assay (b); Cell cycle distribution of HCT116, DLD1, and CaCo-2 cells was detected by flow cytometry (c); Relative protein expression levels of c-Myc and cyclin D1 were assessed by Western blot (d); β-actin served as internal control.
