Induction of a 5-FU-resistance induced down-regulation of KRAB-ZFP in colorectal cancer cell lines. 5-FU-resistance was induced in DLD-1, HCT-116 and HT-29 CRC cell lines. STRING network [71] and g:Profiler tables and functional enrichment analysis [72] highlight the biological processes modulated after induction of a 5-FU-resistance.
