The combination of cisplatin and SW IV-134 leads to augmented apoptotic cell death. Mouse ID8 cells were treated with cisplatin (5 μg/mL), SW IV-134 (1 μM), and a combination of the two drugs at their respective concentrations. The activation status of caspases 3, 8 and 9 were measured using a Caspase-Glo Assay System.
