Each dot represents a peri-tumoural spatial distribution, and the dots are organised in two columns corresponding to tubule formation Scores. All distributions, apart from kurtosis were normally distributed and the error bars indicate the mean ± SD (median (interquartile range) for kurtosis). The 2-tailed independent sample t-tests were performed between the groups and p-value is shown for each plot. Statistically significant p values (< 0.05) are marked by ‘*’
