RMB38 is a downstream target of miR-20a-5p. A. The binding sites between wild type RMB38 or mutated RMB38 and miR-20a-5p were predicted using Starbase analysis and luciferase reporter assay was carried out in BCPAP and K1 cells to confirm the interaction between RMB38 and miR-20a-5p.
