DCA reduced tumor-derived lactic acid. 2 × 105 Raji cells were treated with various concentrations of DCA. Lactic acid concentrations in the tumor cell supernatants were measured after 24 h and 48 h. Lactic acid was measured using the colorimetric assay. Data are presented as mean ± SD from a representative experiment (n = 3). Two-way ANOVA was used to examine the difference between groups.
