IHC analysis of the expression of SGLT-1 and SGLT-2 in PDAC tumour tissue and adjacent normal tissue. A SGLT-1 was predominantly overexpressed in the cytoplasm of tumour cells. B SGLT-1 was also overexpressed on the membrane of tumour cells. C SGLT-1 was positively expressed on islet cells but not in normal pancreatic cells.
