IL8 secreted by CD10H HN6 cells promoted migration and invasion and restores tumor chemosensitivity. HN6 Mock CD10H, HN6 Oe CD10L, and HN6 Mock CD10L were identified by real-time PCR (A) and Western blot (B). The three groups were compared by transwell assay to explore the ability of migration and invasion (C&D). Cell viability of CD10H and CD10L HN6 cells were valued by CCK8 when treated with cisplatin and/or SB225002 (E).
