The exosomes isolated from sensitive GC cells increased drug sensitivity of drug-resistant GC cells. The cell viability of SGC-7901/5-FU cells after treated with 5-FU (a) or CDDP (b) with or without the exosomes isolated from SGC-7901 or MGC-803 cells for 48 or 24 h, respectively.
