Exosomal miR-107 increased drug sensitivity of SCG-7901/5-FU cells by regulating the mRNA level of HMGA2. mRNA level of HMGA2 of SCG-7901/5-FU cells treated with exosomes isolated from SGC-7901 (transfected with NC, 107 i, 107 i + siHMGA2) cells (a) and treated by exosomes isolated from SGC-7901 cells (with or without exosomal inhibitor GW4869) (b) were detected. mRNA levels were determined by qPCR using GAPDH as the internal control.
