Hsa_circ_0043278 regulates EI24 and NF-κB expression by sponging miR-455-3p. A qRT–PCR and B western blotting were used to examine the relative expression of EI24 in MDA-MB-231 cells after transfection of the hsa_circ_0043278 overexpression vector and the miR-455-3p mimic as well as in MCF-7 cells after transfection of hsa_circ_0043278 shRNA and the miR-455-3p inhibitor.
