Hsa_circ_0043278 inhibits BC cell growth, migration and invasion by sponging miR-455-3p. A qRT–PCR was used to examine the relative expression of miR-455-3p in MDA-MB-231 cells after transfection of the hsa_circ_0043278 overexpression vector and the miR-455-3p mimic, as well as in MCF-7 cells after transfection of hsa_circ_0043278 shRNA and the miR-455-3p inhibitor.
