Semi-automatic tumour-stroma ratio computation workflow. An expert pathologist annotated the tumour epithelium and the whole tumour region (including the tumour epithelium and stroma) on the WSI. The tumour epithelium region is marked in red, and the stroma region is marked in yellow. The stromal and tumour epithelial areas were calculated from the segmentation map.
