Cell morphologies of DCIS cell lines, MCF10DCIS.com, ETCC-006 and ETCC-010 compared to other breast cancer cell lines and a normal-like breast epithelial cell line as determined by immunofluorescence. Indirect immunofluorescence of fixed and permeabilized cells was performed using a primary antibody against β-actin and an anti-mouse Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody. DAPI was used to stain cell nuclei in the immunofluorescence analysis. Images were captured using the EVOS FL Auto Imaging System at 40X magnification. Scale bar represents 100 μm
