DCIS cell lines, MCF10DCIS.com, ETCC-006 and ETCC-010, show distinct cellular morphologies compared to other breast cancer cell lines and a normal-like breast epithelial cell line. Phenotypic and morphological analysis of MCF10DCIS.com, ETCC-006 and ETCC-010 in comparison with MCF-10A, MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines by A bright field microscopy and by B hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining of fixed cells, followed by imaging using the EVOS FL Auto Imaging System at 40X magnification.
