Immune cells and risk scores. In the TCGA, the levels of memory B cells, plasma cells, M1 macrophages, CD8 T cells, activated CD4 memory T cells and follicular helper T cells were higher in the low-risk group than in the high-risk group, and the levels of M0 macrophages, M2 macrophages, eosinophils and resting CD4 memory T cells were higher in the high-risk group than in the low-risk group (A). The other two databases, GSE31684 (B) and IMvigor210 (C), were used to verify the related changes in immune cells in the TCGA database.
