Study design. This study included four major steps: a four CSNs (CSNcnv, CSNmut, CSNpath, CSNF) were constructed separately; b four DSNs (DSNstru, DSNtarg, DSNsens, DSNF) were also constructed separately. c 16 ML-CDNs were constructed by connecting one of the four CDNs to one of the four DSNs, and here only ML-CDN2 was presented which was based CDNpath and DSNF. d ML-CDN2 was employed to predict the response of new breast cancer cell line samples from CCLE or new breast tumor tissue samples from TCGA to the existing drugs
