The ceRNA network. The ceRNA networks were constructed based on 686 lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA regulatory relationship pairs including 46 miRNAs, 9 lncRNAs, and 55 mRNAs by using cytoscape software. The red circle and green circle represent up-regulated and down-regulated mRNAs, respectively. The purple diamond and dark blue diamond represent up-regulated and down-regulated lncRNAs, respectively. The pink t-shaped line, light purple arrow, and green dotted line represent the regulatory relationships between lncRNA and miRNA, that between miRNA and mRNA, and the co-expression relationship between mRNAs and lncRNA, respectively
