Red color represents GO BP and green color represents KEGG pathway. The bar length indicates the number of genes enriched and the black line indicates -log10 (p.adjust). The panel E shows the results of lncRNA pathway analysis. The color range from blue to red indicates the decrease in p value, and the bubble size indicates the proportion of enriched genes (the number of genes involved in a certain term accounts for the number of input genes)
