Putative driver mutations in colonic adenomas resulting from inducible loss of adenomatous polyposis coli (Apc) in leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains 1 (Lrig1)+/− stem cells. Two genes were mutated in 4/9 tumors and 11 genes were independently mutated in >30% of the tumors; these are shown as rows. Each column represents a single colonic tumor. The majority of the mutations were missense, C:G>A:T transversions. This plot was created using GenVisR [44]
