Minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (MIA). One mixed ground glass nodule was found in the lower lobe of the left lung; its shape is irregular, part of the boundary is blurry, and there is vessel convergence around the nodule (a, b). Pathology (c): tumour cells have infiltrated in the interstitium of the alveolar cells, and the infiltration diameter is < 5 mm. (HE staining, × 200)
