For all variables (with the exception of age and KPS), P-values were calculated from two-sided Chi-square statistics with Yates correction to compare the presence or absence of the specific biomarker in grade III versus grade IV gliomas. P-values were calculated from two-sided Mann-Whitney U test to compare the median age and KPS scores between grade III versus grade IV gliomas
