PC-1 cell morphology 12 h after the addition of PC-1.0 supernatant. A large number of PC-1 cells died after incubation with conditioned medium from Sample 1; the number of PC-1 cells after incubation with Sample 2 medium exhibited a relative decrease, and there was no obvious separation trend; and the growth status of PC-1 cells after treatment with Sample 3 medium changed.
