An outline of the methods and organization of this study. This flowchart describes the process and breakdown of patients into anatomical location groups and pathological stages based on cytotoxic lymphocytes (CL) abundance score. After dividing patients into anatomical groups and stages, we then compared CL-High and CL-Low to determine differential expressed genes (DEGs). Pathway enrichment and Survival analysis was then undertaken using identified DEGs. Pathway associations were determined for DEGs using the Reactome online browser.
