Cytotoxicity within the GPC-1 expressing tumour cell population, mediated by MIL-38-CD3 BiTE. a. Fluorescently labelled DU-145 or Raji cells were incubated with MIL-38-CD3 BiTE or control BiTE CD3-PEG together with enriched T cells at a ratio of 10:1 T cell:tumour cell for 72 h. The proportion of dead cells was determined by topro-3-iodide uptake, by flow cytometry. b.
